It is eco friendly and you don't have to worry about poisoning yourself when applying this product. It is very easy to use. It comes in powder form and has to mixed with water. Dissolves easily and applies with a pump up sprayer with no problems. I wish I had known about this product years ago. I could not find a lower price. Fast shipping. Great customer follow up. I do not know why all pest control companies do not use this product instead of the poisons that are used. Another thing is that is also kills roaches and ants. After applying, the roach problem disappeared. There were plenty of dead roaches. I have rental properties and feel safe to use this product.
