BoraSol-WR™

BoraSol-WR™ is a wax emulsion that can be incorporated into pressure treating solutions rated for above ground outdoor applications (UC2 rating of the AWPA).

BoraSol-WR™ will enhance the performance of a UC2 rated preservation system by preventing water from making contact on a wood surface. The repelling quality of the surface causes the water to “bead up” and not be absorbed into the wood, where leaching losses might occur. The wax is also absorbed below the wood surface where it helps control the preservative’s losses.

USEAGE:  BoraSol-WR™ provides excellent water repellency on treated wood.
